Job summary

Applecart is seeking a Research Operations Lead in New York City to build and grow a high-performing research team using our data-driven platform. You will ensure timely, high-quality audience delivery for major clients and scale processes across the team.

You’ll manage onboarding and development, align with platform evolution, drive end-to-end project management, and lead internal initiatives to improve efficiency while reporting to the Research Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of work experience, including 1+ years in people management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a team of researchers, including performance management and training.
• Gain deep understanding of our internal tech platform and keep the team aligned with platform evolution.
• Lead end-to-end project management to ensure on-time client audience delivery and optimize workload.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve research processes and efficiency.
