Job summary

PitchBook Data, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Intelligence Engineer to join the Institutional Research Group in Seattle.

You will help manage data products, deliver reports, data analytics, and newsletters, and design a data program strategy that scales across datasets and tools. You will collaborate with Product and Data Ops to implement methodology across platforms, maintain data pipelines, and support analysts with efficient data delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or data-driven research.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between PIRG, Product, and Dev teams to integrate PIRG methodology into Platform products and deployments.
• Research, build, and maintain data pipelines for PIRG sources, including non-native data sources, and manage SQL queries/views.
