Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff; including hiring, training, performance management, goal setting and salary administration.
• Manages pre-award functions; assists in grant proposals including budgeting and approvals.
• Manages post-award functions; allocates research labor costs and prepares progress reports.
• Forecasts funds and analyzes monthly grant expenses across funding sources.
• Ensures compliance with sponsor regulations and institutional policies; coordinates renewals and closeouts.
