Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of diverse funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex research portfolios for multiple laboratories.
• Oversee pre-award grant preparation and submission processes.
• Coordinate with administrators and faculty to complete proposals timely.
• Oversee post-award financial management, reporting, and projections.
• Approve procurement requests and ensure fund availability and correct allocations.
• Manage HR processes including salaries, postings, and visa processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external policies and NIH guidelines.
• Assist with pricing, billing, and revenue reconciliation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues and leadership.
