Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years of grant and contract administration experience or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service focus.
Familiarity with UF systems (UFIRST, PeopleSoft) and MS Office; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-award lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission; ensure sponsor compliance.
Coordinate post-award activities including budget oversight, effort reporting, and amendments.
Review expenditures for allowability; monitor budgets and communicate risks to PIs.
