The Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Research Financial Portfolio Manager to advise principal investigators on post-award finances for grants, contracts and clinical trials at the Simpson Querrey Biomedical Research Center.

You will develop budgets, monitor spending, ensure sponsor compliance, and coordinate with Research Support and Sponsored Programs to support investigators across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other field with equivalent background.
• Minimum five years of grant/research administration experience with awareness of sponsor rules.
• Minimum three years post-award service experience for federally funded grants/contracts.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive financial advice and planning for each PI’s funded portfolio.
• Synchronize planning for funding sources into an integrated strategy.
• Communicate accurate financial data to PIs, sponsors, and admin staff.
