Qualifications

• Laboratory research and development in a GMP/GLP context.
• Support Ventana projects through experimental work and data collection.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects.
• Exercise technical expertise in design, execution and interpretation of experiments.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss results within the department and project teams.
• Maintain professional expertise through literature review and conferences as appropriate.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control policies and document lab work meticulously.
• May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.
