Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects.
• Design, execute and interpret experiments that contribute to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses; present results within the department.
• Maintain professional expertise through literature review and conference participation.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control and related procedures; maintain accurate lab records.
• May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.
