You will design in vitro experiments, evaluate assay processes, ensure regulatory compliance, perform flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR-based assays, analyze data, and present findings in meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biological Sciences or related field plus 5 years of biotech/pharma experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Biological Sciences or related field plus 2 years of biotech/pharma experience
• Proficiency in Flow Cytometry and familiar with ELISA, DNA/RNA analysis, cell-based and screening assays, protein analysis, sterility, mycoplasma, endotoxin, cell-counting, qPCR, ddPCR, IHC/pathology
• Ability to solve a wide range of complex problems creatively and practically
• Strong grasp of aseptic techniques and technologies and experience with assay development and optimization

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro experiments to assess and develop novel assays/biomarkers
• Identify appropriate ranges of assay parameters to ensure robust results with minimal supervision
• Develop and implement technologies to improve understanding of product candidates and manufacturing processes
• Perform flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR-based and other assays and analyze data
• Review SOPs, study protocols, and reports; ensure regulatory requirements across regions
