BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking a Research Associate I, Process Development in New York City, NYC. As a central development resource, the Process Development team works closely with research, non-clinical, analytical, manufacturing, and quality groups to enable scalable cell manufacturing.

The successful candidate will be a key technical contributor to a dynamic team focused on development, scale up, and tech transfer of end-to-end processes for authentic and engineered cellular products.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a biological science or related field.
• Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience is essential.
• Familiarity with cell characterization methods (flow cytometry, qPCR, immunoassays) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in in vitro experiments to develop scalable processes for pluripotent stem cells and differentiated products.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and process documentation.
• Analyze and document data in ELNs and communicate results.
