BioTalent is seeking an experienced RA II / Senior Research Associate to support scale‑up of a cutting‑edge biosensor platform. You will execute surface functionalization, run analytical characterization, and help transition R&D to pilot‑scale production in a fast‑paced lab.

Qualificações

• Requires BS or MS in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, bioengineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years of industry experience in surface chemistry, thin‑film deposition, microarrays, biointerfaces or related technologies.
• Experience with interfacial materials and surface characterization techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Execute surface functionalization processes including SAM, silane, hydrogel, and brush polymer chemistries.
• Perform surface characterization using fluorescence-based assays, contact angle measurements, and electrochemical techniques.
• Support oligonucleotide immobilization, hybridization assays, and other biofunctionalized surface applications.
• Execute DOE-driven experiments and provide statistical analysis of results.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, batch records, and ELN entries.
• Assist with thin-film deposition and surface patterning processes.
• Troubleshoot routine process issues and collaborate with scientists and engineers.
