Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent with 10+ years in assay chemistry and reagent development.
- Demonstrated leadership across reagent manufacturing and process development.
- Experience taking complex chemistry from development into regulated manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and lifecycle of surface chemistry and reagent platform.
- Own surface functionalization and biofunctionalization processes.
- Develop and optimize antibody and protein conjugation methods.
- Lead formulation and stabilization of buffers, blockers, and reagents.
- Scale processes from bench through pilot and commercial production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to move products through validation and launch.
- Manage external vendors and contract manufacturers as needed.
