Job summary

Dawar Consulting, Inc. seeks a Research Associate II & III - Assay Development in Tucson, AZ to conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experiments supporting Ventana projects.

Responsibilities include designing and interpreting experiments, preparing technical reports, and maintaining complete documentation under GMP/GLP guidelines. Strong communication and collaborative skills are required along with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required.
• 2–6 years of post-college lab experience preferred.
• Proficient in lab techniques, data recording, and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret experiments for Ventana projects.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and analyses with accurate records.
• Troubleshoot problems and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate in a team to support project planning and process improvements.
• Train colleagues and ensure adherence to Quality First Time principles.
• Identify and discuss potential patentable inventions during work.
