THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Conductresearch, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation tosupport Ventana projects.
- Design,execute, and interpret experiments, applying technical expertise towardproject strategies.
- Preparetechnical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses andpresent results to the team, while maintaining complete, accuratelaboratory documentation in compliance with company policies (e.g., GMP,GLP, Design Control).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designand execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision, includingmaking observations and analyzing data.
- Prepareand present technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses;maintain complete and accurate records.
- Troubleshootproblems and institute corrective actions.
- Workcollaboratively in a team environment by providing creative solutions andinput to project planning.
- Contributeto process improvement suggestions and assist in identifying patentableinventions.
- Traincolleagues and monitor work to ensure quality and continuous adherence tothe Quality First Time principle.
- Exercisejudgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for complexproblems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:Bachelor'sDegree in Life Sciences
- Experience:2–6years of relevant post-college job experience.
- TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in a range of specialized wet laboratory techniques(e.g.,pipetting,using a balance and stir plate,etc.);capable of searching scientific literature; skilled with word processing,spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- SoftSkills: Good communication and presentation skills, meticulous attentionto detail, coachable, collaborative, and a proven ability and desire tolearn.
- ExperiencewithSAFe/Agile planning processesand reporting frameworks(preferred)
