Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $27/hr - $34/hr on W2 DOE

Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects. Design, execute, and interpret experiments, applying technical expertise toward project strategies. Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses and present results to the team, while maintaining complete, accurate laboratory documentation in compliance with company policies (e.g., GMP, GLP, Design Control).
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences Experience: 2–6 years of relevant post-college job experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in a range of specialized wet laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, using a balance and stir plate, etc.); capable of searching scientific literature; skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Soft Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, collaborative, and a proven ability and desire to learn. Experience with SAFe/Agile planning processes and reporting frameworks (preferred)
