Qualifications

• 2–4 years of post-college experience.
• Proficiency in wet laboratory techniques (pipetting, balance, stir plate).
• Ability to search scientific literature and summarize findings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support IHC and molecular detection kit development.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments; apply technical expertise to project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, and analyses with complete documentation per GMP/GLP and Design Control.
• Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision; observe and analyze data.
