The role emphasizes hands-on execution, project coordination, and developing client-ready presentations with data‑driven insights. You'll collaborate with senior team members, guide junior staff, and contribute to global engagements

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience conducting primary research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Experience managing research projects from setup through delivery, including timelines and vendor coordination.
• Experience with survey programming and data analysis tools (Qualtrics, SPSS, Displayr, etc.).
• Interest in AI and emerging tools to support research, with critical judgment on AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and analysis plans.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of primary research projects, timelines, fieldwork, and vendors.
• Identify key themes and insights from research findings to inform objectives.
• Create client presentations and reports that translate findings into compelling stories.
• Conduct focus groups and in-depth interviews when appropriate.
• Manage defined workstreams and smaller projects, supporting senior team members on larger engagements.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in research execution and development of materials.
