Qualifications

• Expert with new applications and software programs.
• Excel/ Google Sheets preferred.
• Extensive experience with electronic document and email file storage.
• Able to complete projects with accuracy and on time.
• Prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Grant Preparation (pre-award): manage grant applications and deadlines.
• Portfolio Management (post-award): financial management and reporting.
• Procurement: approve purchase requests and verify funds.
• Human Resources: onboarding, salary offers, visa processing,Merit/equity promotions.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Cores, Centers and Chargebacks: pricing and monthly billing.
