You will manage ServiceNow RITMs, requirements, and change processes, coordinating with government customers, network architects, and operations to ensure traceable, feasible, and timely delivery.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 16 years of experience, PMI/INCOSE ITSM, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing projects and programs in large enterprise IT.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and government stakeholders.
• Proven track record in requirements elicitation, validation, and traceability.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow enhancements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Requirements Manager and supervise TAT and WfM teams.
• Manage ServiceNow items (RITMs, RFCs) and requirements workflows.
• Coordinate TEMs and governance boards; prepare executive briefings.
• Develop process documentation and maintain performance metrics.
