Job summary

Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Requirements & Process Analyst to support a DHS client. You will manage requirements across multiple teams, translate needs into actionable work, and drive initiatives from definition through implementation.

The role requires US citizenship, an active secret clearance, and 10+ years in related fields. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes, with about 2 onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• US citizen.
• Active secret clearance required.
• 10+ years in requirements management, business analysis, process improvement, or related fields.
• Ability to turn ambiguous direction into a structured plan of action.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Onsite presence ~2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Gather, document, organize, validate, and track business/operational requirements.
• Translate evolving requirements into clear actions, processes, and next steps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to implement requirements.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and decisions to advance work.
• Engage stakeholders and resources to resolve issues and move initiatives forward.
• Develop and improve processes to support program objectives.
• Document requirements artifacts, briefings, and reports for varied audiences.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
