Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience supporting federal government programs, consulting engagements, project management, or related work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research, analyze information, and develop clear, well-organized deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination or security clearance, as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of client programs and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize information into actionable insights.
• Develop reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other client deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, capture meeting notes, and track action items.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to support project objectives.
• Assist with process improvement efforts and operational analyses.
• Support day-to-day program management activities and special projects.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and business development efforts as opportunities arise.
