Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a seasoned IT Requirements Manager to lead business process analysis and requirements management for a DHS cybersecurity modernization program. The role collaborates with government stakeholders, engineers, and leadership to capture mission needs, write detailed requirements, and ensure successful technology transitions from pilots to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; five+ years of BA/requirements management experience.
• Experience supporting Federal Government technology programs and cyber modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, requirements management, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation with government stakeholders and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability.
• Define KPIs and support pilot planning, transition to production, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholders and prepare executive briefings and status reports.
