e-STORAGE, a member of Canadian Solar, seeks a Senior Requirements Engineer to specialize in EMS controls and Power Conversion Systems for utility-scale battery energy storage. You will develop and maintain technical requirements aligned with project goals, guide control system technologies, and ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and NERC-CIP standards across global deployments.

Experience drafting technical requirements for EMS/PCS and control systems.
Knowledge of global compliance standards (UL/IEC, NERC-CIP) and battery-related standards.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain technical requirements for EMS controls and PCS for utility-scale energy storage.
Review project-specific requirements and ensure compliance across disciplines.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
Collaborate with R&D, commercial, and engineering teams; report to stakeholders regularly.
