Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in global compliance standards for products such as SCADA, EMS, batteries and inverters.
• Knowledge of UL/IEC requirements and NERC-CIP cyber security standards.
• Experience with regional and global regulatory requirements.
• Deep understanding of battery systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical requirements for battery energy storage control systems and PCS.
• Cyber security: develop security requirements and templates.
• Review project-specific requirements for control systems and PCS.
• Develop comprehensive requirements management strategies.
• Track applicable standards and communicate implications to teams.
• Assist in certification testing solutions.
• Examine schematics, wiring diagrams, and test samples.
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate compliance risks.
• Regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools and version control to keep requirements traceable.
