Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions in Fort Meade, Maryland seeks a Requirements Analyst Level 2 to translate customer needs into clear IT requirements and support cost estimation and project planning. You will bridge communication between customers and implementation teams, document requirements from start to finish, and maintain high-quality documentation to drive mission-focused IT programs forward.

Qualifications

Requires two (2) years of relevant experience in requirement gathering or similar scope within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Elicits and analyzes IT requirements to determine customer needs.
Interfaces with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information related to software applications and hardware.
Serves as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations.
Contributes to IT program/project efforts (validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements).
Reports on technical progress, identifies resolutions for problem areas, and writes and reviews technical documentation.
