Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes seeks a Senior Replication Manager to lead the Community First! Replication Team, oversee the program’s budget and offerings, and build strong partner relationships. The role combines mission with business strategy to scale the Community First! Model across communities.

You will manage a growing team, shape program offerings, and drive revenue and impact with an entrepreneurial mindset in Austin, TX. A strong background in nonprofit leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/people management experience.
• 3+ years in business development, sales or marketing.
• Experience with project-based budgeting and finance is preferred.
• Ability to lead programs from planning through execution.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Replication program’s revenue and expense budget.
• Collaborate with leadership on resource needs for the program.
• Design and deliver training and education events for partners.
• Monitor, report, and improve program performance and metrics.
• Lead replication-related projects and partnerships.
• Represent the CF! Model to prospective and current partners.
