Senior Replication Manager

About Mobile Loaves & Fishes

Mobile Loaves & Fishes (MLF) is a social outreach ministry that has been empowering communities into a lifestyle of service with the homeless since 1998. Founded in Austin, Texas, the organization serves its homeless neighbors through three core programs: Truck Ministry, Community First! Village, and Community Works. Often referred to as the most talked about neighborhood in Austin, Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned development that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness. We are now embarking on a new phase of community expansion, adding more than 1400 new neighbors over the next 5-10 years.

About the Role

Mobile Loaves & Fishes (MLF) launched the Community First! Movement through programs such as its city-wide Food Truck ministry and the master-planned Community First! Village to transform homelessness in Austin, TX. To advance the movement of Community First! as an innovative, dignified, and community-based response to chronic homelessness, MLF also provides resources, events, and support to organizations across the U.S. who aspire to replicate the Community First! Model in their local area.

The Community First! Replication program offers a unique opportunity to help bring the Community First! Model to communities across the nation, working at the intersection of mission, business strategy, and social impact. This role will help shape how MLF equips and partners with organizations seeking to apply the Community First! Model in their own communities, while building a sustainable program that can expand the reach and impact of the movement.

The Senior Replication Manager leads MLF's Community First! Replication Team, owning the day-to-day operations, execution, and performance of the Replication program. This role is responsible for the program's budget, offerings, partner relationships, and team, ensuring organizations engaged in the CF! Replication Pathway are well supported and the program continues to grow sustainably. This role brings an entrepreneurial approach to growing both the revenue and impact of the Replication program, including developing and executing business development strategies, evaluating and evolving program offerings and business models, strengthening partner relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the reach of the Community First! Model. The Senior Replication Manager partners closely with the Director of Innovation and Replication, who provides strategic vision and direction for the program.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Innovation and Replication. The Replication Manager will office at Community First! Village located at 9116 Hog Eye Road, Austin, TX 78724.
