Job summary

Replications, Inc. seeks a Youth Development and Wellness Lead to advance school improvement and student well-being under the Community School Model.

You will develop, facilitate, and monitor interventions supporting social-emotional growth and attendance while fostering a supportive school climate. You will work with school and Replications teams to strengthen communications, coordinate resources, and ensure equity in student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth facing behavioral or social-emotional barriers to school engagement.
• Experience organizing and facilitating youth support groups.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills with students, families, and colleagues.
• Strong proactive communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students using developmentally appropriate approaches.
• Familiarity with restorative practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate social, emotional, and behavioral support to students through check-ins and targeted supports.
• Facilitate youth groups focused on positive development, self-awareness, and problem-solving.
• Build supportive relationships that promote student voice, engagement, and connection to the school community.
• Gather information about student and family needs to inform interventions and referrals.
• Document interventions and progress per organizational procedures.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with school-based and community resources.
