Job summary

TK Elevator seeks an experienced Superintendent- Repair in Marietta, GA. The role leads repair operations, ensures safety and efficiency, and manages schedules, materials, and manpower across the branch.

The position requires a background in construction or branch management, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work, with a focus on compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of branch management experience.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and analyze variables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Lead safety programs and audits; emphasize safety to staff.
• Attend weekly repair backlog meetings to update schedules and data.
• Supervise mechanics and apprentices; conduct performance reviews.
• Use system reports to monitor repair status, efficiency and completion.
• Review repair reports with mechanics and sales staff.
• Maintain knowledge of the market area and TK Elevator products.
• Comply with federal, state, and local elevator industry codes.
