Job summary

Selene Holdings seeks an experienced REO Asset Manager to oversee assigned portfolios from acquisition through final disposition. You will coordinate with vendors, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely preservation, marketing, and sale.

Responsibilities include monitoring timelines to meet investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements; maintaining property records; resolving title issues; tracking KPIs; and driving process improvements across REO operations while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned REO property portfolios from acquisition through final disposition
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely property preservation, marketing, and sale
• Monitor timelines and ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements
• Review and maintain accurate property records, including occupancy status, valuations, and title reports
• Assist in resolving title issues, code violations, and other property-related challenges
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as days on market, liquidation timelines, and recovery rates
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance REO operations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and disposition
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive borrower and property information

• Strong understanding of REO timelines, investor guidelines, and property preservation practices


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and REO management platforms (e.g., Equator, Pyramid, or similar)


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
