Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Colorado seeks a Rental Equipment Experienced Technician to lead and develop shop staff while diagnosing and repairing a range of rental equipment.

You will serve as the main contact between shop personnel and the Technical Services Department and follow safety and quality standards. Pay rate is $25.00-$34.04 per hour plus a 5% differential, with pay depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years heavy equipment, engine, or mechanical repair experience.
• 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and parts orders accurately and timely.
• Communicate with Shop Leads, Shop Coordinators and Managers to ensure issues are understood.
• Adhere to safety practices and maintain good housekeeping.
• Inspect equipment and maintain it per manufacturer specs.
• Assist in cleaning, rebuilding, and maintaining equipment and components.
