Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Diesel Technician for Wagner CAT Rentals (Sales). The technician will perform repairs, diagnose equipment, and support rebuilds to meet the company’s One Professional Team standard.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a technical diesel-focused education, plus 1+ year in repair and customer service. The role includes a pay rate of $22–$28 per hour with a 15% location differential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment, engine, or mechanic repair experience.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform incidental repairs and replace repairable sub-assemblies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and conduct high level diagnostic assessments.
• Assist in rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining equipment and components.
• Attend training as requested.
• Load/unload equipment and clean returned rental equipment.
• Overtime as required; other duties as assigned.
