Qualifications

• Experience handling auto claims and multi-line policies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.
• Familiarity with state regulations and privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong telephone customer service skills and empathy.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet caseload productivity goals.
• Document all verbal and written communications in the claims system.
• Establish and maintain appropriate loss reserves.
• Conduct in-house investigations, including police reports and ISO filings.
• Attend meetings related to assigned claims as directed.
• Evaluate first- and third‑party claims and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare Serious Loss Reports for exposures of $300,000+.
