Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate in Claims, CPCU or other industry related studies.
• Experience with Windows operating system.
• Basic Word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises claims adjusters and staff to manage day-to-day handling and settlement of claims.
• Oversees investigation of insurance claims and ensures procedures are followed.
• Monitors budget and productivity while meeting customer service targets.
• Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and development of claims staff.
