• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, including budget and job costing to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Serve as primary contact for site superintendents and foster collaboration.
• Communicate company objectives to crews and maintain alignment.
• Manage resources across multiple job sites to ensure materials and manpower availability.
• Coordinate workforce needs and supervise field operations for efficiency.
• Monitor equipment use and cost-effectiveness to support crews.
• Implement safety practices and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support foreman meetings and mentor future field leaders.
