O is seeking an experienced Renovation Project Manager to lead unit turns and common area renovations in occupied senior living communities. You will guide field operations, manage budgets, and collaborate with site superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent, 5+ years of construction experience, and proficiency with Procore. A Michigan driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of construction projects.
• Proficiency in Procore.
• Valid State of Michigan driver's license.
• Creative, results-oriented with strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and safe work practices.

Responsabilidades

• Project Oversight: Manage field operations, including budget and job costing functions, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Collaboration: Primary contact for site superintendents and foster strong collaborative relationships.
• Communication & Leadership: Communicate company objectives and targets to site superintendents and crews.
• Resource Management: Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower across multiple job sites.
• Workforce Coordination: Supervise and coordinate workforce needs for efficient operations.
• Equipment Optimization: Monitor equipment needs and utilization to ensure crews have necessary tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of best practices and implement improvements.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges using available resources.
• Process Enhancement: Identify and implement more efficient operations with superintendents.
• Leadership Support: Assist in leading periodic Foreman meetings.
• Safety Champion: Partner with Safety to ensure safe practices and risk management.
• Mentorship: Identify and mentor future field leaders.
• Values & Ethics: Uphold company values, integrity, and ethics.
• Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
