Job summary

Chapter Renovation in Miami seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential renovations from pre-construction through closeout. You will own scheduling, budgeting, quality, and client experience, coordinating homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams.

The role requires 5-7 years of PM experience, Miami-area knowledge, and a strong ability to communicate across stakeholders while maintaining project momentum and quality.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction or project management experience.
• South Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing residential renovation projects.
• Background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client-facing environments with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Budget development, estimating, material takeoffs, and cost management.
• Project scheduling and day-to-day field coordination.
• Management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
• Subcontractor coordination, performance management, and accountability.
• Vendor management, procurement support, pricing review, and material tracking.
• Sample coordination, approvals, and project logistics.
• Weekly project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Site visits, quality control, punch lists, and project closeout.
