Job summary

CPM Builders in Miami seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial interiors, renovations, and retail build-outs from inception to closeout. You will coordinate clients, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience with contract negotiation, change management, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, execution, and closeout of projects from preconstruction to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar.
• Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Oversee estimating and review blueprints, contracts, and documents for scope and costs.
• Manage procurement to ensure timely material and subcontractor availability.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety rules, and regulations.
• Conduct and participate in meetings and provide client updates.
• Maintain clear communication among stakeholders and leadership.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation.
