Job summary

Matrix Renewables is seeking a Structured Finance Portfolio Manager for the US Structured Finance team based in Miami. You will oversee health, compliance, and risk of project finance and tax equity investments across the US portfolio, coordinating with banks, tax equity investors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires deep understanding of debt facilities, DSCR covenants, and ITC/PTC structures, with fluency in English and strong communication skills to interact

Qualifications

5+ years in project finance, structured finance, portfolio management, or infrastructure investments.
Solid understanding of tax equity structures and project finance documentation.
Experience managing lender and investor relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage compliance of project finance and tax equity investments across US portfolio.
Prepare reporting packages for lenders, tax equity investors, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely information delivery and compliance.
Support in financial model reviews and updates; assist in new financings.
