Job summary

AtlasAdvancement, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Project Finance to lead the structuring, negotiation, and closing of project financing transactions across a nationwide solar and energy storage portfolio.

The role requires senior-level expertise in debt, tax equity, sponsor equity, and financial modeling, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external capital providers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking, private equity, or renewable energy finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with cash flow, debt sizing, and return analysis.
• Experience financing renewable energy projects, especially solar and energy storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of project financing transactions across debt/equity.
• Manage financing processes from investor outreach through due diligence and close.
• Develop relationships with banks, institutional investors, tax equity investors, and other capital providers.
• Evaluate financing alternatives and optimize capital structures to improve project economics.
• Build and review sophisticated project finance models, including cash flow forecasts, and sensitivity analyses.
• Mentor junior members of the project finance team.
