• 5+ years in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations and global contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of category managers across solar, wind, battery storage and hydrogen.
• Define multi-year sourcing strategy across subcategories and four global regions.
• Oversee tenders, supplier consolidation, and contract negotiations across CapEx, PPAs, and operating leases.
• Build business cases and financial models for senior leadership.
• Drive revenue initiatives including virtual power plants, energy export, and grid services.
• Own supplier ecosystem strategy and maintain competitive tension.
• Lead category consolidation to unlock savings and speed.
• Monitor market dynamics and regulatory shifts to adjust sourcing strategies.
• Partner with engineering, legal, finance, sustainability, and construction across regions.
