Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.
• 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop category managers across solar, wind, battery storage, and hydrogen.
• Define and drive multi-year sourcing strategy across subcategories and regions.
• Oversee portfolio-based tenders, supplier consolidation, and contract negotiations.
• Build business cases and financial models for senior leadership.
• Drive revenue initiatives including virtual power plants, energy export, and grid services.
• Own supplier ecosystem strategy to optimize regional capabilities and competitive tension.
• Lead category consolidation to unlock savings and speed.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Partner with engineering, legal, finance, sustainability, and construction teams across regions.
