Job summary

Amazon's Global Procurement Organization seeks a senior procurement leader to guide renewables, storage, and mobility sourcing across North America, LATAM, Europe, and the Middle East. You will manage a team of category managers, define long-term sourcing strategy, and lead complex negotiations for capital purchases, PPAs, and operating leases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing experience including vendor negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six category managers across solar, wind, battery storage, and hydrogen.
• Define multi-year sourcing strategy across subcategories and global regions.
• Oversee portfolio tenders, supplier consolidation, and complex contract negotiations.
