Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior procurement leader to guide the Renewables, Storage, and Mobility portfolio across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. You will lead a team of category managers responsible for solar, wind, battery storage, and hydrogen fuel solutions, setting strategy and delivering impactful procurement programs across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations and global contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of category managers across solar, wind, battery storage, and hydrogen.
• Define and drive multi-year sourcing strategy across regions and subcategories.
• Oversee portfolio tenders, supplier consolidation, and contract negotiations (CapEx, PPA, operating leases).
• Build business cases and financial models for senior leadership with clear investment guidance.
• Drive revenue initiatives including virtual power plants, energy export, and grid services.
• Own supplier ecosystem strategy to optimize partners and maintain competitive tension.
