Job summary

Enel North America seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the AFC team, supporting tax equity and cash equity transactions for renewable energy projects across the lifecycle. You will model cash flows, run financing structures, and coordinate due diligence and third-party deliverables while guiding internal stakeholders through complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience in renewable energy financing or development, investment banking, or project finance.
• Experience with financial modeling preferred.
• Knowledge of renewable energy projects or tax equity preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modelling, including cash flows and financing structures, auditing models, negotiating changes, and calculating funding at close.
• Support negotiations with investors by analyzing economic and legal impacts, proposing alternatives, and selecting favorable options.
• Lead the due diligence process, coordinating teams and communicating with investors.
• Coordinate with third parties to obtain deliverables and manage deadlines for investor approval.
• Ensure successful closings by completing documents and responding to investor requests.
• Advise internal departments on financing requirements and assess financeability.
