Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Senior Transactions & Structuring Manager to optimize and structure investments in renewable energy and energy storage portfolios. The role involves leading investment theses, managing valuation models, and coordinating across Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance, Tax, and Regulatory Affairs to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in renewable energy project development, M&A, finance, structuring or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of project development, transaction negotiations, finance and project investment valuation.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, structuring, optimization, acquisitions, divestitures, and repowering of renewable energy projects.
• Own development and maintenance of investment assumptions, business cases, and valuation models.
• Prepare investment proposals for internal approval processes (Screening Committee, Investment Committee, Board).
• Drive project optimization to maximize risk-adjusted returns across the lifecycle.
• Lead transaction structuring for acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, tax equity, and financing.
