Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Senior Transactions and Structuring Manager to optimize renewable energy and energy storage investments from development through execution. You will lead valuation, structuring, and funding strategies across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in renewables finance/M&A, strong modeling, and ability to coordinate with Legal, Tax, Regulatory Affairs and external partners. Travel up to 50% domestic and 10% international.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of renewable energy project development, M&A, finance, structuring and investment delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project development, transaction negotiations, finance and investment valuation.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, structuring, optimization, acquisition, divestiture, hybridization, and repowering of renewable energy and energy storage projects.
• Own the development and maintenance of project investment assumptions, business cases, and valuation models.
• Lead the preparation of investment proposals and materials for internal approval processes.
• Drive project optimization to maximize risk-adjusted returns across development lifecycle.
• Lead transaction structuring for projects within the development pipeline and portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage project due diligence activities and negotiate terms with Legal, Finance, Tax, and external advisors.
• Independently lead strategic initiatives supporting the Company's Business Plan.
• Partner with Development, Engineering & Construction, Operations, Portfolio Optimization, Energy Management, and Finance teams.
