Job summary

Power Factors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate internal and external resources for utility-scale SCADA projects primarily in North America. The PM will oversee projects from sales through commissioning, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams and serving as the primary client interface for SCADA systems in Renewable Energy Sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in renewables, engineering, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar PM role.
• Background in renewable energy, power systems, or SCADA integration.
• Understanding of power grids and renewable infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex portfolios.
• Strong project management skills and formal methodologies.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SCADA project execution from sales to commissioning.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones, closure.
• Maintain daily client communication and timely follow-ups.
• Enforce company processes and project management tools.
• Define scope, deliverables, and milestones with clients.
• Manage project plans focusing on billing and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and regional stakeholders.
• Plan internal workflows and resource allocations.
• Oversee handoffs to support teams and evaluate outcomes.
• Prepare statements of work and milestone plans.
• Coordinate project documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and present status.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Manage change orders and out-of-scope tasks.
• Ensure QA across deliverables.
• Maintain project resourcing and profitability.
• Enforce HSE standards onsite.
