Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing seeks a Senior Product Safety Engineer, Renewable Energy, to evaluate conformance of inverters, battery energy storage systems, EV equipment, and related power generation gear to industry standards. Responsibilities

• Independently conduct evaluations of equipment to determine compliance with applicable standards.
• Plan, coordinate and execute project work and keep the client informed.
• Read schematics and manufacturing instructions; validate project scope and sample applicability.
• Identify test instruments and equipment required for testing.
• Set up and operate the equipment under test (EUT) and document results.
• Develop and set up test plans and perform core testing (rating, leakage, dielectric, temperature, pressure).
• Travel to customer sites as needed and support data acceptance program audits.
