Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Renewable Energy Senior Project Development Attorney in the United States for a fully remote role. You will advise clients through development and contracting lifecycle, focusing on EPC, O&M, and PPAs.

You will mentor junior attorneys, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and help manage multiple complex matters against tight deadlines in a distributed, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7–10 years of law firm experience, ideally focused on renewable energy, project development, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating renewable energy contracts, particularly EPCs, O&M, PPAs, and comparable project agreements.
• Strong deal management, organizational, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research capabilities and a demonstrated ability to produce clear, precise legal documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
• Ability to independently manage complex legal matters while collaborating within a team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior attorneys in a team-oriented practice.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote and distributed environment.
• Admission to the Bar in the applicant's state of residence.
• Interest in renewable energy and commitment to sustainable development.
• Excellent academic credentials and substantial law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and legal teams throughout renewable energy project development and related transactional matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC, O&M, and PPA agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders to advance project objectives and resolve issues.
• Provide legal analysis and practical advice through project development.
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality documents and materials.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously with deadlines.
• Apply strong negotiation and deal-management skills to move transactions toward completion.
• Work independently while contributing to a distributed legal team.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
